Simple Tips for Better Sleep


  1. Have regular sleeping and waking up times
  2. Have a light meal before sleeping
  3. Avoid coffee, tea, colas, alcohol before bedtime
  4. Try and sleep in a cool, quiet environment
  5. Make sure your pillow and bed is comfortable
  6. Keep your mobile phone far away from you
  7. Try and keep your mind calm before you go to sleep
  8. A bath before bed-time can be soothing
  9. If you are unable to sleep, read a book or listen to your favourite music
  10. Do not keep looking at the clock
  11. Do not keep bright lights on
  12. Avoid daytime naps
  13. Drink enough fluids during the day, but avoid excessive fluids before bedtime
  14. Exercise regularly during the day, but avoid strenuous exercise just before bedtime
