First of all you should have

First of all you should have a will to give up smoking and after u have made up your mind there are various nicotine replacement therapies such as nicotine chewing gums , nicotine patches , nicotine inhalers , lozenges

Quit smoking Today & Live

Quit smoking Today & Live life Happily ..You must make up your mind that you want to leave smoking ..There are various rehab centres and you can also opt for medications, nictonie chewing gums etc.E-cigaretttes are also a new option but they are a terrible alternative as you are only switching the source of nicotine, which is a highly addictive. Cut down on number of cigarettes you smoke and eventually you will able to kick the butt.

Withdrawal effects

There can be certain withdrawal symptoms that can be very uncomfortable once you reduce the number of cigarette intake. These symptoms are like: feeling sad, Reduced sleep, Slower heart rate, feeling edgy or restless, trouble thinking clearly. Though there are these symptoms but quitting smoking is good option.
